paul-tsouflidisAcropolis has been a part of my life since I can remember.  It is more than just a Greek restaurant to me, it is my life and what makes me most proud.  I share Executive Chef responsibilities with my beautiful mother Efthaliawho is seen cooking Acropolis favorites like Roasted Lamb Shank, Pastistio and Mousaka.  She also makes most of our delicious appetizers (mezes) which I urge you all to get as starters to your next experience at Acropolis OPA.

My staff, well what can I say, they are family to me. They are all hand picked and most become great friends with each other.  They are constantly trained by my sous chefs in the kitchen and by my mother on the latest Greek entrees and the history behind the dishes.

The wine simply is special. Acropolis OPA features Greek wines mostly and I often travel to Greece to personally meet the Greek wine producers themselves.  There is a great deal of heart that goes into making Greek wine and that is one of the main reasons I stick to mostly Greek wines at Acropolis OPA.   Wehave a phenomenal Greek Wine reserve list as well so please ask your server the next time you make a visit.
